Voice changes

0.3.0-alpha.2 — @wf scope

Use @wf/voice. Replace imports and dependencies on @workforce-sdk/voice; YAML and application data stay unchanged. Retain the previous exact archives and lockfile for rollback.

0.3.0-alpha.2 — private preview

Combines canonical WF ownership and shared MCP 2026-07-28 with the newer Voice provider behavior. Breeze-TTS-2 supports a configured self-hosted server and requires explicit noncommercial opt-in. Commercial defaults exclude it from listing, readiness, preparation and synthesis.

YAML remains schema 1; configurations selecting Breeze must add allowNonCommercial: true only for noncommercial use. Kokoro uses the updated upstream archive in a revision-specific cache directory, preserving older downloads. Other request shapes and model data remain available. See Configuration.

The preview also retains the BrightOps 0.4.1 fix: native reference audio and generated PCM use owned buffers compatible with Electron's V8 sandbox. No YAML or cache migration is needed.
